Explosion protection for insurer - the review
Explosion protection EXperts of the international network IND EX® e.V. organized an event at REMBE® GMBH Safety + Control in Brilon. Members of the global active association IND EX® e.V., which include EXperts from companies such as GreCon, Kidde, DMT, KERSTING, DCM and REMBE® recently invited influential decision makers of key german insurers such as HDI-Gerling, R+V, Basler, Allianz, Aachen/Münchener and AXA to attend an explosion protection seminar at the REMBE® headquarters in Brilon on 13th January 2011.
REMBE®, the founding member of IND EX® e.V. made their function rooms available for this event where the various safety EXperts informed their guests about new developments and the latest trends and philosophies regarding industrial explosion protection.
Mr. Johannes Lottermann - safety expert from REMBE® excited the audience with his impulse lecture by comparing fire protection disciplines with industrial explosion protection. Insurers attendees enjoyed the opportunity to ask questions and clarify technical points.
With such international events IND EX® e.V. raises the publics awareness for the protection of dust and gas explosions. International highly experienced EXperts travel around the world giving technical seminars to grateful audiences and have conducted symposia in Nuremburg, Shanghai, Glasgow and Mumbai throughout 2010.
This year the IND EX® Safety Congress 2011 takes place in Nuremberg furthermore it is planned to start some symposia in Europe and overseas

IND EX® e. V. also assists students with their bachelor or master thesis in the area of safety engineering and explosion protection.
We help young people during their study technical and financial. In addition we provide assistance with their future job search
emphasises Dirk Oberhagemann, 2nd president of the association IND EX® e.V.
The 2009 grounded association also changes development projects with the company and founder member REMBE®. In cooperation with universities and research institutes different projects were evaluated for promoting new and effective protection systems and solutions.
I learned many new facts and as a result am able to use this knowledge for the future
