Ing. Richard Siwek is President of IND EX® e.V.. Together, the more than
sixty IND EX® members get involved in projects and activities in order to enhance industrial explosion safety and a common safety standard. He is also CTO of FireEx Consultant GmbH and has over 40 years of experience in consulting and developing comprehensive safety concepts for industry.

Ing. Kristof De Gersem is Manager of the Explosion protection department and its Ex test laboratories for the whole Greater China region at TÜV
SÜD Testing and Certification. China-Expert with 15 years of solid experience in the field of Explosion protection, such as product compliance
matters, laboratory tests and end-user field safety for the chemical factories at risks of Explosions
Ms. Anita Felder
Ms. Anita Felder is Deputy CEO of the Swiss company RICO Sicherheitstechnik AG, which is the manufacturer of mechanical explosion isolation components (among others VENTEX® and REDEX Flap®). She has been active in the field of explosion protection for more than 8 years and has a wide application knowledge in mechanical explosion isolation for different industries and machines.

Prof. Dr. Xiaoliang Zhang is Professor of Shanghai Institute of Technology; Director of the Institute of industrial safety and explosion protection;

Mr. Xu Junjun
Mr. Xu Junjun is vice director of NEPSI Inspection department; Senior Engineer. 18 years’ experience in hazardous area inspection. National
Registered Safety Engineer National Registered Constructor. Voluntary product certification auditor. Registered teacher and examiner for Ex Special operations.
Dr. Thomas Gmeinwieser
Dr. Thomas Gmeinwieser is process safety consultant at TÜV-SÜD; Process Safety, Basel. He has more the 15 years of experience in risk
analyses, chemical reaction hazards, electrostatics, product safety and design of pressure relief systems. He is tutor and lecturer at BG-RCI Germany for HAZOP and chemical reaction hazards.
Ing. Klaus Rabenstein
Ing. Klaus Rabenstein is working for Herding since 1991. His area of work comprises the further development of solutions for the filtration technology and for fire and explosion protection. In addition to his active work in committees of the VDI, the VDMA and the GDV he is chairman of the VDMA working group “Dust Removal Technology”. Trainings, lectures, seminars and work-shops complete his profile.
